French Tech resists and mobilizes: this is the slogan launched by the Mission French Tech to motivate French entrepreneurs to face the COVID-19.
In response to the outbreak of the Coronavirus COVID-19, the government and public actors have launched a series of immediate support measures for businesses. In order to simplify access to information on these emergency measures, Mission French has collaborated with the Ministry of the Economy, the Ministry of Labor, Bpifrance, the Bank of France and Urssaf to offer a centralized platform for entrepreneurs.
On a national scale
The French Tech Mission has been a real relay between the government and the French Tech Communities and Capitals. This approach benefited, among others, La French Tech Paris-Saclay which immediately transmitted the information received to its community of start-ups and project leaders. They are available in the French Tech Paris-Saclay newsletters of March and April 2020. /la-french-tech/newsletter/
At the territorial level
The actors of the innovation ecosystem of Paris-Saclay did not hesitate either to transmit information to the entrepreneurs of the territory and/or proposed measures of assistance such as the installation of emergency telephone line, loans (Region Ile-de-France), collection of EPI for the hospitals (Communities of Agglomeration of Paris-Saclay, Versaille Grand Parc and Saint Quentin en Yvelines), surveys to assess the impact of the COVID-19 health crisis on the Paris-Saclay ecosystem (La Direccte Ile-de-France, La French Tech Paris-Saclay, CCI Ile-de-France), PPE purchasing platform (Ile-de-France Region)… .
